Vendor Opportunities

Black Friday Special
Half-Price Vendor Booths
Through Nov. 31st

What is New for 2025?

We are dedicated to making your business more visible to our homesteaders and providing a professional look to your booth.

There will be more web presence and social media exposure. We have grown in our followers and have partnered with influential people to broaden our reach.
By continuing to promote our conference, our vendors, our sponsors, and our speakers, we are working toward making this a success for all of us.

We have lengthened the break time between classes in order to increase traffic flow past your booth.

Unloading and setting up your booth will take place on Thursday, February 20th. You will be able to drive into the building. This gets you out of the weather and closer to your booth for setting up.

Table cloths will be provided for all tables, and front facing tables will be skirted. Each 10’x10′ booth will receive 2 tables and 2 chairs, but you can have up to 3 tables and 4 chairs per 10’x10′ booth at no additional cost by asking for the extras with your application. Electricity is not included but is available for $30, per vendor. Please indicate on your application if you want electricity. The Expo Hall will be secured for the evening. You will be able to enter by 8am each day and the Expo Hall will open to participants at 9am.

Join us in celebrating creativity, innovation, and the spirit of homesteading! Letʼs thrive together!

Homesteaders are motivated by a range of forces, from a longing to take more control over life to wanting to seek a better diet.  They are providing goods and services to themselves through their own labor. Most of all; it provides an opportunity to pursue a life on their own terms.

The largest age group of homesteaders is 30-39 (38.5%), and after that is 40-49 (28.1%). They are approaching the prime of their life. They are college-educated. 36.7% have bachelor’s degrees, 17.2% have master’s degrees, and some have PhD’s. They own their home, are married, and together with their spouse, they work less than 10 acres of land.
